CNBC’s Mad Money host Jim Cramer recently declared Mexican real estate a great investment. Cramer himself recently acquired 3 new properties in – where else? – San Miguel de Allende, calling it “one of the nicest places I’ve ever been.”
Cramer cited easy property maintenance and no property taxes as some of the many great reasons to buy in Mexico. He said: “I think that out-of-favor real estate in Mexico, that’s easily accessible to Americans, represents a great buy.”
